If you receive a sales call or email about an ePrep product, please do not provide the caller or sender with any credit card or other personal information.

If you have received such a call or email, please promptly contact the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (Contact Us — FBI).

If you fall victim to a scam, please call your credit card company immediately to block or reverse charges or pursue other remedies. You may also call us toll free at 877.377.3744 or send us an email at support@eprep.com.

Other than name and email address, ePrep does not collect personally identifiable information from users.

Finally, ePrep does not share, and has never shared, the personal information of users with third parties, and ePrep has never been the subject of a security breach.
