I agree that it should stay.  The SAT allows not only international students, but also American students who may have gotten some poor high school grades (for whatever reason) to show that they are ready to meet the academic challenges of college.</description>

Grades in Romania differ from those in the US and as commented under the article, it&#039;s true that there may also be students from substandard school with boosted grades.
